PUROLATOR SERVICE ALERT
Please be aware that there is currently no delivery service guarantee with Purolator, especially for express shipments.
Reasons include Purolator experiencing a high volume of deliveries or dealing with backlogs
along with weather conditions and the impact of COVID-19.
Depending on your location, service may be delayed by 1-2 days.
There is also currently a service alert for BC as well as Newfoundland and Labrador on Purolator’s website.
Shipments that require special handling may be delayed by up to 4 days, including the weekend,
due to the amount of shipments currently being handled by Purolator’s Special Handling Department.
We ask for your patience and understanding as this is not only pertaining to Purolator,
but other couriers as well. Thank you for your kind attention.
