Helpful Tips on Getting Around the Site!

Want to find the product you're looking for quickly?
Search for a product by entering the Product Code or Description in the "Search" bar at the top of the page and click the "GO" button. 

Where can I click to navigate around Shop?
In the Shop section, you can click on the main categories to access the sub-categories. After you are already in a category, you will see the various categories and sub-categories along the left side of the page. You may also click on the small text links ("breadcrumbs") at the top of the page to browse other items within the same category. 

Is there more information on Gilders Paste or Vinyl Handrail Covering?
Yes. When you are in those categories, you will find a brief description of the products. PDFs with more useful background information on the products are also available.

Shopping Cart Inquiries

How do I update the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
Simply enter the new quantity that you desire and click on the blue arrows icon that you see next to the Quantity field to refresh and update. 

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
Simply click on the red X icon that you see near the Quantity field. 

I have some special instructions that I'd like to provide along with my purchase, where can I do this?
You can include any additional information or special instructions in the Comment box when you Checkout.

How do I sign up at this site?

Simply click on the My Account link located at the top right-hand corner of the page and click on the "Continue" button in the New Customer area. Fill in the necessary information to sign up for an account, check off the box beside Terms of Use at the bottom, and click on the "Continue" button.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Go to our My Account page and click on the Forgot your password? link in the Returning Customer area. Enter the E-Mail Address that you had initially used to sign up for your account in the space provided and click on the "Continue" button. A randomly generated password will be sent to your e-mail address. You can then access your account using the provided password. After you Login, you can Change your password to something that you will remember by viewing your account details. Simply enter the New password twice in the spaces provided and click on the "Continue" button. I have problems signing up at this site, what do I do?

Make sure that your E-mail address is not one that you have used in the past to sign up. Do not include any spaces or special symbols in your E-mail address or Password. In addition, the E-mail address that you provide must be valid. If you are still experiencing problems with signing up, please contact our website administrator at webadmin@euroeac.com.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders for stocked material received by 11:00am (Eastern Standard Time) are generally shipped on the same or next day. They are shipped as soon as possible thereafter. We accept no liability for unavoidable delays. For an ETA on non-stocked or out-of-stock items, please Contact Us to inquire.

How are the products shipped?

We ship Purolator and Transport. For online orders, shipping by Purolator is automatically calculated when you Checkout. However, some products can only be shipped by Transport due to their size and/or weight. Hence, such charges cannot be automatically calculated online and you will be informed of the shipping charges by our Customer Service Representative. Also, if you are located in the U.S. or outside of Canada, there will be duty and custom charges in addition to the shipping charges. Please provide your TAX ID number when you place your order. If you have any questions, please Contact Us via phone, fax, or e-mail, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.

Is there a Minimum Order?

There is no minimum order when paying by Credit Card or Cash. If paying on account, there is a minimum order of $25.00, exclusive of freight, packaging costs, and taxes.

Please Contact Us promptly via phone, fax, or e-mail, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will help you with the cancellation. A restocking charge may apply.

Where is Euro Architectural Components located? Can I pick up products at your warehouse?

Our contact information can be found in the Contact Us section, and yes, pick-ups can be arranged. For online orders, you can select either Pick-up at Toronto warehouse or Pick-up at Montreal warehouse in Step 4: Delivery Method when you Checkout. If you want to arrange pick-up by appointment at our Calgary or B.C. Warehouse or if you have any questions, please give us a call at 905-265-1093 / Toll Free 1-800-465-7143, or e-mail us at sales@euroeac.com. Perhaps our e-mails to you have ended up in your "Bulk" mail folder where your junk mail or spam is usually stored because it is not yet a recognized e-mail address for your e-mail account. You can try checking if our e-mails are indeed in your "Bulk" mail folder.
